How to book...

Booking a rehearsal slot is simple. Click on any of the 'BOOK NOW' buttons throughout the site, and you will be taken to our online booking calendar. Then, select the day and start time for your session by clicking on the available times on the calendar. You will then have the option of choosing the length of your session. A few basic details are then required, and then finally, pre-payment is needed within two hours to complete your booking. Payment is taken via PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your booking. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email and your booking is confirmed. There is no need to contact us to check. We use a service called bookingbug to manage our bookings, and your payment and private details are secure at all times. 

Our minimum booking time at present is 2 hours. If booking a 2 hour session we would really appreciate it if you choose a time that allows for another slot to be bookable that evening. eg: 6-8pm or 8-10pm.

Please note: You will have to register on your first booking, but can then use the same login details for subsequent bookings. It should be quick and easy once you are set-up. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR MOVE MY BOOKING??
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy which means if you cancel within 48 hrs of your booked slot, your payment is non-refundable. 

If you need to move your booking, with more than 48hrs notice, then please email us, and we will do our best to help find you another slot, or refund your booking fee if appropriate.
